I recently ran across an email from one of my mentors, Benjamin Wagner.  The email includes some great advice on how to deal with career issues and coincidentally the discovery couldn’t have came at a better time.

The lesson I learned from the New York City singer/songwriter/blogger extraordinaire was both simple and deep. Hard work prevails and if one is able to deal with multiple personalities and environments on a daily basis and be productive, then they in turn are a better employee because of it.
