Project Showcase | Camp High Hopes Website

Posted by Chase on May 7th, 2010 at 7:44 pm

I’m lucky enough to be able to work with all sorts of businesses in and around Siouxland. One Sioux City organization, Camp High Hopes, just recently gave us the nod to start working on their brand new website! It’s been an extreme joy working with Ali at CHH and I can’t wait to see the finished product. My goals for this website were simple:

  • Incorporate fun, bright, primary colors. This is to set the tone for a child oriented experience.
  • Allow visitors to easily find the information they are looking for. We added three large buttons on the right hand side bar to easily direct a parent, donor or camper to the information they are after.
  • Build the website on a platform that will allow for the staff to easily update the website with photos, news and much more. Beings that the camp hasn’t yet broke ground for construction there will be plenty of progress updates to share.

It is a very refreshing feeling to work on a project that you believe in and want to succeed. Organizations like Camp High Hopes make doing what I do worth while. So far I think we’re off to a great start! Feel free to head over to test.camphighhopes.com and check it out for yourself!
